Dr Saumya Rajan is Regional Director, NIOS Regional Office, Gandhinagar (for Gujarat and DNH regions), MoE, GoI. Being a Gold Medalist, she is a DPhil in English Literature from the University of Allahabad, trained in Incorporating Gender Concerns in Public Policy from the Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi, India and certified in Global Diplomacy- Diplomacy in the Modern World, University of London.

Her books- Common Shadows, Guerilla Ignition, USA and New World Order of Postmodernism in the Plays of Harold Pinter: Pause at Play, Penguin-Partridge, UK- are out for English literature enthusiasts.
